Pip Johnson Profile
Pip has worked in the learning technology/e-Learning industry for 18 years and has extensive experience working on e-Learning projects with Government bodies, the Legal sector, MOD, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Software Suppliers and Transport industries.
Certified as an e-Learning Professional and with a Diploma in e-Learning Consultancy skills she set up her own company, Ad Alta Learning Ltd, in June 2007 where she has continued to develop her extensive knowledge of the effective use of learning technologies to support business driven projects.
Keen to develop her skills further Pip completed a Rapid e-Learning and Instructional Design course in February 2010 and has recently become a Certified Software Tester passing the ISTQB-ISEB CTFL.
Pip continues to keep abreast of new technologies and how these may be utilised to effectively support and train staff, in particular members of the legal profession and their support staff. This knowledge is used the help clients develop blended training strategies, incorporating the effective use of learning technologies where appropriate and assisting with project development and management.
Interested in the learning technology industry from a wider perspective Pip is a Member of the e-Learning Network and was a judge for the 2009 awards.
As an independent learning technology consultant, I work with my clients to identify and specify their training requirements. I then source and recommend the most appropriate courseware, software and solutions based on their needs and budget.
